As a governor, there is something sometimes we overlook, Fransisco we are proud of you.
This year we had so many small things people don't see but you would quickly volunteer and I couldn't look back because the issue is solved, I think you will make a good Governor.
We look forward on the very good year of success, you have a free mind, an open mind, have an open mind in whatever comes your way and you will be successful.
